East of the I-5 Freeway

this is more family-oriented neighborhoods. Generally older, pre-planned neighborhoods which show a lot of pride of ownership. Wide streets with sidewalks, mature trees, some hills offer views from some homes.

South Sierra Avenue area-Condos (beach cliffs)

South Sierra runs between the end of Via de la Valle and Lomas Santa Fe streets. All condos in neighboring complexes. The units are generally owner-occupied. There are also various seasonal rentals available furnished and turnkey. Nicely maintained complexes offer a variety of amenities, such as pools, tennis, BBQ areas, etc. Right on the bluffs overlooking the beaches and ocean.
