Do you wish to make an informed buying decision? My goal is pretty simple, but the way I accomplish it is not.
The first step for me is to evaluate your needs. By asking many questions, and then actively listening, I begin to truly understand what you are looking for. I have a knack to be able to take on your dreams and wishes and look through your eyes at properties. I can understand pretty quickly what you feel would work for you. I can then match the neighborhood, the schools, the amenities the home or town offer, etc., with your needs. The greatest pleasure for me is showing a client the perfect home and just watching the amazed look on their faces.

In Nancy’s Own Words - I remember our move from Los Angeles to Rancho Santa Fe (a mere 100 miles). It was daunting. I felt lost and alone. I (not we) had to find a grocery store, a hairdresser, drycleaner, a gardener, a handyman. My husband, of course, found the golf course, so he was a happy camper! (Men are so easy!)
