The first step for me is to evaluate your needs. By asking many questions, and then actively listening, I begin to truly understand what you are looking for. I have a knack to be able to take on your dreams and wishes and look through your eyes at properties. I can understand pretty quickly what you feel would work for you. I can then match the neighborhood, the schools, the amenities the home or town offer, etc., with your needs. The greatest pleasure for me is showing a client the perfect home and just watching the amazed look on their faces.
I won't waste your time showing you properties that don't meet your criteria. That wastes my time, as well. My time is best spent seeking solutions to your questions, so I am needs-focused. Your needs are paramount to me. That is absolutely what I focus on.
I save you money. I understand the numbers, and we will carefully go over the numbers so you are comfortable with your decision. I have a group of experts I can call upon to answer specific questions you may have about a property, including remodeling or additions.
The way you make money in real estate is not when you sell, but when you buy. Buying right is critical. This is especially true your holding time line is short. So besides finding you the right house, I want it to be the right house at the right price. That way you will come back to me when it is time to sell that house. It is important to me that you are happy with your purchase.
